  Prepare the Package

  Place the Teal Blue speaker and all original accessories, including charging cables and manuals, back into the original retail packaging to ensure safe transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring no old labels are visible.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our electronics technicians verify the speaker's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
